How much sleep do you get every night?

How much sleep do you get every night? I barely get any at all, what with watching TV, extra-curricular activities, studying, homework, and procrastination :D

Also, I once had an addition to late-night shows, and Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and the likes; oh and Saturday Night Live on Saturdays, and even the 11 o'clock news.

So, how much sleep do you guys normally get on a regular school day? ;)

I get 4-6 hours on school days, but I make up for this on the weekend where I sleep in realllllllllllly late.

5-6. But I got 8 today because I had a calc test. :)

4-6 hrs...

10 hours of sleep each night is supposed to raise your performance by a certain percentage, according to a study they did with test scores of sleep deprived individuals.

But who cares.

Seems like 4-6 for a lot of people. Being a runner, I especially feel it when I don't get at least 5. It's death at practice. On the weekends, I usually hit the hay at like 11 and sleep to 11. So i make it up.

4-5 hours. i usually sleep at about 2-3 am

7.5-8 hours...

do you guys take showers at night or in the morning?

I take a shower everyday in the morning...

If you want real Sleep, take tylenol PM, this stuff is STRONG...almost like a 'drug'.

i think i have insomnia. i get to bed arund 10:30 thinking i'll get some extra sleep but instead i lay in my bed awake till 12 so i get around 5.

tylenol pm isn't that great... or that strong. trust me I took it for a few years straight just to get to sleep. but if you want to take sleeping pills (or need to) get Simply Sleep by tylenol. there isn't any pain medicine in it.

I usually go to bed around 11:30 or 12 and get up by 6... so I get about 6-6.5 hours. But junior year, I was getting something like four hours a night. Senior year I've taken the liberty of slacking off. Its great. try it.

Don't talk about it..

<4 and USUALLY <3

4-6. Wow... I feel like a stastic... lol.

I don't feel so bad after seeing the majority of people saying they sleep between 4-6 hours. I fall into that category as well (with the exception of this week, since it's AP week ;))

start sleeping: 2-3am
sleep: 4-6 hours
Wake up at 7am
shower and getting ready
leave for school at 8am

finally.. my kind of people!

everyone thinks i'm sleep deprived or something because of my late sleeping times.
I'm usually fine and dandy though.

sleeping is just a mind game!

Sleep? :P What's that?

lol!!!

yeah...sch days was abt 7 hrs, exam days abt 3?? but sleep in afternoon after exam and survive on coffee at night...

usually 7...I need a lot of sleep, I think it's a family thing...but yeah I feel severly sleep deprived if I get even an hour less than 7 (which really sucks at times, by the way, when cramming is needed :p)

hahaha i am so abnormal. come 10/11 my brain shuts down and almost refuses to work on anything...so i figure i might as well sleep =D that's about 7/8 hours a night. i take showers at night too...

oh but most ppl i know take naps to keep themselves going. how about everyone here?
