Hey, did anyone get their housing assignment yet? I checked Housing-at-a-Glance but it didn't say anything. Are we supposed to get it in the mail?

My residence hall was recently added to my fee-statement in student access+.

if only we were all so lucky...

Better luck next week.

I think it was only because I made a special medical request. Apparently, I was given a single room in Reynolds that is equipped with a private bath.

August 3rd should receive emails for housing I was told at least for athletes coming out early

The housing page is now working for me.

Housing page works for me too. New South.

Darnall. I'm not sure -should I be pleased? I know nothing about it.

My d got Darnall as well. She's not very happy - really wanted New South.

NEW SOUTH my babies. Yes, you are all my babies.

Everything I've been hearing about Darnall has been bad.

I'm in Village C. I'm pretty disappointed, and looking on the floor plan, I have pretty much the smallest room on the floor with 191 square feet. Does anyone know which floors of Village C are the single sex floors, because I really hope I'm not on an all-girls floor.

Darnall. Tell me about it . Does anyone know if Darnal has long twins or regular twin beds?

Is Darnall Coed?

1536, Darnall has regular twin beds, NOT xl! Now I have to go return all her bedding, which was purchased at three different stores! ERRRR

I also want to know how the co-ed thing at Darnall works. Is it co-ed by floor, and are the bathrooms co-ed as well, or just the floor?

Well Darnall must be coed since I am writing about my son. I am very disappointed in the latenes of how housing handle the whole process. My s reports to school on 8/9

All dorms are coed

New South was the best (my dorm last year, Im a little biased)-long hallways, sink in all the rooms, everything is new.

Harbin is clustered, its ok.

Village C is cool cause they have their own bathrooms

Darnall is like New South kinda in set up. The hallways aren't really that long and there are no sinks in the rooms. It's on the other side of campus than the other dorms, close to the Leavey Center.

Hope that answers questions, if anyone wants to know anything specific about housing, post a question, summer at Georgetown is winding down and I've got nothing but free time, so I'll be glad to answer your questions.

Do you know which floors of Village C are single-sex? I'm really hoping for a coed floor.

hoyasaxa,
I understand the dorms are co-ed, but are the floors co-ed as well? What about the bathrooms, are they co-ed? I'm asking about Darnall, but post info for all the freshmen dorms for others as well, please. Thanks.
