Housing Contract

Hey guys, I received a notice that I had until 3/11/10 (today) to pay the advanced payment for the housing contract.

But I'm not 100% going to UT since I am waiting to hear back from 7 other colleges.

Since I can't and won't print the contract and send it in and pay the $300, what's going to happen to my contract?

Will I be able to request a new contract whenever? Will I have to pay the $50 deposit again to be sent a new contract?

You might want to actually read the contract. If you decide not to attend UT and notify them by May 1st, the $300 is fully refundable. If you don’t sign the contract and pay the $300, the contract will be cancelled. Whether you get another opportunity would be a question best directed to the housing department. You probably should have asked them sooner since your deadline is today. Check the website about what you can do now:
