there are no RA's in Foothill?
I dont understand this Moonie thing...

there are RA's in foothill, they just don't patrol much cause foothill is known to be an anti-social dorm, so there's TONS of partying, but nobody gets caught!

the moonies are a fringe cult that we all love to make fun of, they most likely won't bug you, and if they do, it's just a cool experience and story to tell your friends later.

Hahaha, I remember last semester, we all started cussing them out from our window(we live right over them and can see their backyard) when they made too much noise. Then we blasted DMX music, and they shut up for like the whole weekend.

Also, some RAs don't strictly enforce these quiet hour times.

Or some are overzealous. I was once told to turn down my tunes at 11:30PM on a Friday night. =/

Thanks BlueElmo, answered most of my questions, really appreciate that. GETH is the environmental suite and it's in that long building near the laundry place by Stern. On the top floor. There's some weird guy living up there right now who doesn't believe in drying clothes in the dryer, so he has his clothes on a clothes line hanging above the stairs. You have to see it! Actually, it reminds me of my grandma, who finally got a dryer about 2 years ago. Before that, she'd hang her clothes outside on the line in the back yard. My dad could never figure out why the towels in their house were always scratchy! My mom said the dryer "puffs" them up. She said when she lived in England no one had dryers either and everyone dried their clothes on the radiator and everything dried in the same shape as the radiator and were stiff as a board! The GETH building the one closest to the Greek Theatre and the herb garden. Do you know which building that is?

I don't know where that is. But my parents still hang their clothes in our backyard, lol. My mom does the laundry in the morning and the clothes are like all hung up on the line for like the entire day. The worst part is when it's really windy, then clothes fly everywhere and we have to look everywhere for them at evening.
Sigh~, less than four weeks till summer break.

NO!!! Foothill is about 3k more. I'm submitting an official request to Berkeley to transfer me from Foothill to (hopefully) Unit 1 double with my friend. 1. I can't pay. 2. I'm a poli sci major.
