<p>How is Regent ??? is it quiet or noisy with parties happening all the times ??? </p>
<p>Also is it far away from class building.</p>
<p>I think it tends to have lots of athletes as it is close to the stadium and other jock stuff. That would make me a little leery. There are others that are better--unless you want to be close to the football field.

<p>I am currently deciding on Regent Tower or Statesider. in terms of rooms size and quality ?? which one is better? (apart from those 10,000 dollar suit). coz i want to live in a decent good room . </p>
<p>The reason i like regent room is because their 2 bedroom apt. have like a little common area. and it seems like a better social area. </p>
