I’m an incoming freshman to UCI. Back in April, I applied to Arroyo Vista housing. I checked just now online in the “apply for housing,” and apparently, it says freshmen are only eligible for Mesa Court and Middle Earth. I don’t know why Arroyo Vista was offered to me. Arroyo Vista is mostly upperclassmen too, and I’d rather be with the freshman. And I’ve recently toured the campus, and I found that I like Mesa Court a lot. Is there any way I can request to change my housing and appeal? I really don’t want to be stuck in Arroyo Vista.
Already called and asked the housing department.
