I really want to live in Tutwiler. How hard is it to get in to this dorm?

Yes, on October 1.
anamanda: You will have NO trouble at all getting into Tut if you deposited on Oct. 1. With depositing that early, you should easily able to get a low floor if you want that (many girls there seem to prefer the low floors for ease of access). Roll Tide!
GO FOR THE LOWER FLOOR!!!
My D was on the 4th floor of Tut last year. I was ready to hit “send” on October 1st that year for her just waiting for it to open up. She ended up being in the 4th group on the first day. Her roommate was in the 2nd group so she pulled my D in. By the time it would have been my D’s turn there were no lower floor rooms available.
You want the lower floors for several reasos:
You do not have to wait on the elevator
AC and heating issues.
Move in and move out, especially move out. Getting an empy elevator on move out is near impossible.
Being on a lower floor made that a bit easier for us to move her out.
Even in the suites, a ground floor was a god-send on move in/out days.
