so i know that after freshman year many students move off campus. It can be stressful for DAAP students because many of the apartments require a year long lease and you cannot sublet.
a great source and the way we found tenants for 2 of the rooms in the house we just bought was by the facebook bulletin board for DAAPers looking to sublet rooms or rent rooms for a year with the option of subletting your room while away on co-op.
