<p>Georgetown guarantees two years of housing. People generally can get 3 or 4 if they really want to, because the vast majority of students study abroad for at least one semester. </p>
<p>In West Georgetown and Burleith (the two neighborhoods immediately surrounding campus) students rent townhouses/rowhouses. It's generally as expensive to live off campus as it is to live on campus, but maybe a little cheaper depending.</p>
