Often, the college prow ler "chance of admissions" feature tells me that I'm around the 60th percentile, leading me to believe that the school would be a match, but then when I started posting my stats here, I found that I'd been underestimating myself in most of my schools.
How accurate is the college prow ler feature and how should it be read to get the best idea of my chances at a school?

sorry that there’s a space in prow ler, CC had it as censored

Personally, I don’t think its very accurate judgment of your chances of getting in, but its a good judgement of how your academics stack up against the competition. College ******* doesn’t do a good job of taking into account essays, teacher recs, unique EC’s, or research - all things that can make or break your application. Thus, I wouldn’t rely on it too heavily, as there are lots of subjective things it can’t account for.
