my d was accepted 2 weeks ago and I am pretty sure she would be in subsidized housing. How bad is it?

I meant to say d would be in supplemental housing

Its not horrobile. Some people loved thier supp housing and refused to be moved out when other housing opened up. Others hated it, mostly due to the other people living in the room.

YOur D will most likely be in Supp housing.

I have a friend who was in supplemental housing with 8 people. By the 2nd semester all but 3 of them had moved out and they had a gigantic room to just 3 people.

Tell her not to worry. It’s not going to be bad at all. She’ll definitely find at least one friend she likes, which might not happen with just one roommate. A few of my friends were in supplemental freshman year and they never had a problem, some of them miss it. It’s really big.
