I've been having some issues lately with my maths/physics teacher .
First of all I live in Italy where teacher and school system are very different from english one and , may I say it , much messier .
So this teacher is particularly dumb as she believes there are two groups of people , the ones who can and the minimal goals . ( I'm being serious . ) If you ever got a C ( 6 ) then you are a minimal goal . Now let's say I want to try to get a higher mark in that subject , with a normal teacher I'd be all set up with 2 A's but with her I can't . She reckons I , and most people , are stupid and not clever like her and her '' pets '' and would mark my test not according to how well I've done it but according to the grades I had before . So if I have a B and the test is worth A she would give me a B cause that's what my skills can get .
I can't report her to anyone because our system gives teachers full decisional power . How screwed am I ?

Wow that sounds like a horrible teacher. I feel so bad for you! I have an English teacher that’s similar, but she’s not too bad.
I’m not sure how your grading goes. It sounds really unfair no offense. Could you maybe talk to someone to possibly switch to a different teacher for that class?
Maybe you could try talking to your teacher. Without exactly pointing out her bad points, maybe you could get her to see your way. Convince her that you really want to do well and have the determination to do it.
If worse comes to worst (is that how you say it?), maybe try getting along with her so-called “pets”? Maybe your teacher will kind of group you with her “pets” and start giving you good grades, or maybe her “pets” will give you tips on how to get an A with that teache or how to get the teacher to stop thinking that you are a minimal goal. I know it’s probably a weird thing to do, but sometimes you just have to do what you can to survive just a little.

Thanks I ended up having my parents talk to her :)

Math/Physics is one course where teacher subjectivity can be questioned. If you know the answer then your work will prove it. When your parents talk with her, have them plant the seed that they care about your grades and will be closely reviewing her grading system. GL
