My chem teacher sent out the syllabus but can I start mastering Chem yet? I'm kind of bored anyways so it would be cool to have somethin to do..ya know what i mean? school work. : ]

I’m so buzzed off egg nog and jack daniels right now I don’t even no where to start…

for Bio 1B read the last half of campbells (the parts not on physio or genetics are in Bio 1B)…it’s really easy if you know how to read and understand simple concepts (lol…giggidy)

if you can’t Ace bio 1B you don’t deserve to be at berkeley.

oh yeah chem 1A…prey…even though it’s not that bad…i just had a lot more fun in chem 3A/B b/c the material is so much more fun

lastly…get off of college confidential there chief…this place is a distraction…go out and have some fun…or you’ll burn out!!!

stp thinking about school fo ra minute and just lax relax! it’s winter break! f around while your dumb friends who chose to go to UCLA (over verkeley) for a full scholarship have to go back to school week

lol well I think I’m not going to take any part of that post seriously after reading the first sentence. except for the last part. lol i know my friend is at ucsb and he has to go back VERY soon. hahaha yeah…i took college confidential off of my “top sites” after finals but now it’s back. there’s nothing to do. my parents treat me like a housekeeper and say i should help them instead of stay in my room. i’m going to watch the private lives of pippa lee now. goodbye.

It’s the break. Take a break.

lol clueless, i thought you gathered from our numerous pm convos that YOU SHOULD TAKE A BREAK.

nonetheless, if you REALLY want to be ahead, you could read campbell (which is really unnecessary for 1b especially IMO-atleast its minorly useful for 1A for the physio unit)

i guess you could watch the webcasts if you run out of other stuff to put you to sleep
[UC Berkeley Webcasts | Video and Podcasts: Biology 1B, 001](<a href=“Webcast and Legacy Course Capture | Research, Teaching, and Learning”>Webcast and Legacy Course Capture | Research, Teaching, and Learning)

oh thanks.

Bio 1b is “easy” material-wise but watch out for the grading (look @ courserank for the breakdown).

What do you mean?

I mean that you can get really screwed over by the grading. Only 22% receive some form of an A (of those, 13% end up with an A or A+). Many people brush off Bio 1B as easy, but still end up with a B or B+ in the class. Personally, I had to take the class pretty seriously to get my A.

that’s just great.
