How do I find out the textbooks my classes use?

Of course Amazon and Half don’t count. Can you expect to tell your friend to sell the book you need for $0.01 on Half and then except UCLA to match that?

Of course they (whoever it may be. … hopefully not OCs) have a promising attitude. Look up any bookstore and compare prices. Bookstores sell books at the manufacturing price. The only way a major bookstore would sell a book for less than that price is through pricedrops, special offers, or coupons. Near to never will there be a 25%+ discrepancy in the bookstore price and the retail price. Maybe 5-10% is more reasonable, which is better than nothing.

But if you’re into saving money in the first place, you would purchase from net transfers and not at a bookstore. :)
