How do I get instructor consent?

<p>My Labor History (ILRCB 1100) class is a bit messed up. It's supposed to be a lecture + discussion. There are two lectures and the one I was pre-enrolled in didn't have discussion groups attached. So I dropped it in favour of the other lecture time, but now I can't add it because I need instructor consent. </p>

<p>My question is, do I just email the prof to get a permission number or what?</p>

<p>Call ILR directly Labor History and OB need specific codes to be added because they’re required freshman courses</p>

<p>I just called Student Services and explained to the lady on the phone.</p>

<p>Her response: <em>long sigh</em> </p>

<p>After sorting it out for a while she said they’re putting me back into the class. Phew. No more blonde moments ><</p>
