<p>I am applying through common app and noticed in the payment section there was an option called 'other fee waiver'. I am an international student living in India. How can I apply for the waiver? I mean do I have to do anything like making my counsellor write a letter or showing my family's income tax report before getting this waiver??</p>
<p>It is my understanding that international students don’t qualify for this, and that they must request waivers one at a time from each college/university. However, the people in the International Students Forum, and more specifically in the India sub-forum, may be able to advise you.
