I was just accepted into the MSB at Georgetown but would also like to participate in the Pre med program. I think I made that clear on my app, but got no information about it. How do I apply/join? Im quite confused

There is no official pre-med major, but there is something like a pre-med group or club, I believe. Have you searched the website for campus organizations and clubs? It might be listed.

Being pre-med at Georgetown just means you complete the classes required to gain admittance to medical school, you don’t have to get into a program. One you indicate you are interested (like you did on your application) you are “coded” as such. As an incoming freshman you are automatically registered to certain classes and get an adviser. Good luck!

I was accepted and my letter “coded” me as Undeclared Pre-Medical. I believe it was an option on the application. If you have already applied, I would say call and inquire or, if you plan on enrolling, talk to your counselor before or as soon as the semester starts so you can have appropriate changes to your schedule made ! Good Luck !
