<p>I cry and hyperventilate and talk to my 7-year-old sister (who is the coolest person ever - I want to be just like her when I grow up :p).</p>

<p>choose your priorities and review them daily...focus on doing the task at hand well then as things change revitalize and revamp your list...make time for yourself...keep a positive attitude...have fun and do not worry...you will get a good education and work your way throught life just fine...</p>
<p>let it happen and do not stress over it...control what you can and do not worry about the rest</p>
<p>I stress during the day, and just forget all about it during the night. Having the time in bed before I fall asleep not to stress at all really helps.</p>
<p>I know, I'm stressed too with all of the college/scholarship application, ardous schoolwork and SAT/ACT prep that I have to do. But, what I do is take everything one by one.</p>

<p>Best way to deal with stress is to buy some food, sit on your couch, and watch a funny movie.</p>
<p>A paper on LSD? That's the perfect excuse to try some and to destress yourself.</p>
<p>Ever since I got out of high school, I really haven't been that stressed because I've turned into a slacker. But I brush my teeth and listen to music. That's my escape.</p>
<p>I find that going online and to this message board only serves to make me more stressed. Not exactly sure why though. When I exhaust my music collection, reading a good book helps as well. Oh yes, and journaling. It's very therapeutic (sp?).</p>

<p>Mucho music and talking to someone who cares (usually my sis or mom, and sometimes my lil bro). The internet is a bad idea...in the end I feel like I've wasted my time and i hate staring at the screen. Sometime I take a 30 minute break and watch a show on tv.</p>

<p>Lexapro helps, seriously. Right now, I'm out and I need to get more and I feel so stressed and anxious and nervous. But once I start taking some more lex, it will get better.</p>
<p>Not much to do. I just talk to my friends, and yeah, good sleep. Probably I don't really feel a lot of stress compared to a lot of people since I'm kinda optimistic, but oh well. If you're stressed, talk to me!</p>
<p>Draw up a nice bubble bath, or take a long, hot shower, whatever you prefer. </p>
<p>I just like to sit in the tub with my CD player, or I'm sometimes on the phone with a friend I haven't talked to in a while. Take it from me, it really is relaxing.</p>
