<p>Come on, someone applying to Princeton should be able to figure this out :p</p>
<p>They don’t have a separate option, generally because the options are only there to distinguish between the kind of forms the person will fill out. It’s either a standard recommendation form, or the counselor form which has different content. </p>
<p>The recommendation will make clear how the person knows you, so I don’t believe the check box is a major issue.</p>
