<p>If the deadline is Nov 1, am I seriously pushing it by sending everything this Monday? Everything has to go through my counselor, and I'm getting nervous. Someone told me that usually counselors want a 15 day bracket to send everything. And, um, I don't have 15 days! I have about 7. Any advice???</p>
<p>You can mail your part of the app on Nov 1, but you can't expect your counselor to write your rec at the last minute.</p>
<p>ask your counselor, but be prepared to get an earful.</p>
<p>Personally, if I was your counselor I'd do it but I'd be incredibly ticked off. We have to give our forms to our conselors 2 weeks in advance of when we want them sent. So if they have to write a rec, this really won't help you out</p>
