How far are you from home?

Yeah, random topic. But everyone seems to be posting about random ***** (like "fold or scrunch"), so I guess this post is perfectly legitimate.

How far are you from home? I'm 4 hours from home. I'm planning to visit my parents once a month...what about you guys?

About 3hours... I only plan to come back home for Thanksgiving and Christmas... I Love my mom's cooking, and any how I can't cook for myself (Top ramen doesn't count)

2 1/2-ish (10 char)

i'm at home. i plan to see my parents everyday lol.

I'm about 6 hours from home (by plane). I plan to see my parents during my breaks.

50 minutes without traffic. 2 1/2hours with traffic.

I go home whenever I want. Which is sometime every 2-3 weekends, and sometimes way, way more. Due to a really imbearable roommate and a very lax class schedule, I was basically commuting for most of Spring quarter: home thurs-monday morning, go to class mon-wed, wash, rinse, repeat. Won't be happening any more. But yeah. Was nice to have the option.

i'm only going to visit on breaks

3 hours going 80mph on the highway... up to 5 hours if I go home during rush hour on a Friday night.

lulz at me making up a word.

unbearable. UN. UN UN UN.

Oh god. This is why summer is BAD.

/carry on.

About 2 hours. I'm not sure how often I will be able to make it home.

I live in Hawaii and go to school in Chicago. That's a 9 hour direct flight, but those cost more than roundabout flights. So it usually ends up being about a 14+ hour trip. I only came home last year for Christmas, and now for summer.

I am over 1000 miles from the home that I grew up in for the first 18 years of my life (Philadelphia).

I am less than an hour from my current home in Atlanta, GA. I just moved 3 days ago.. And my parents moved to Georgia as well... so idk. lol its complicated. I still consider Philly my home.

It's about an 8 1/2 hour drive from Minneapolis to South Bend, but I could get home with a 45 minute train ride/1 hour flight/45 minute drive (plus airport time). I plan on coming home on breaks (fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring, Easter?, and summer). Though my plans may be liable to change if things come up.

30 minutes with no traffic, anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours with traffic. My mom works 10 minutes from my school though so I can go home whenever I want, which will probably be once, maybe twice a month.

About an hour and a half away from home. College Station, TX to Houston

I will be going to school 30 minutes away without traffic, 15-20 minutes away if I'm driving (hehe).

With visiting home--I'll just go when I feel like it/need something.

A month ago, it would be about 5 hours flight (NY to FL). Now, it's a 25 hour flight (NY to Taiwan).

I'm like 700 yards away.

9 hour drive.

If I Drive a little over 70mh on the interstate I can make it in about 4 hours I'll robally be coming home 1-2 times a month.... mostly to be able to see my girlfriend
