Do the branch campuses have residential halls?

No, they do not.

how do I know they recieved my application they haven’t sent me an email yet.

Have you taken the ACT? Maybe you will do better on that than the SAT. My D did (26). She didn’t take any subject tests. Rec’d acceptance letter to UConn yesterday. Her WGPA was a 3.6.

Just call the admissions department.

So my Application isn’t complete until I send in all my Rec letters and I’m not sure my counselor sent in my Transcript.

Does the credit Transfer?
I dropped the CCP Precalculus class and joined a magnet one does that look bad on my transcript?
I did real bad in that class but my reason for dropping it was because we were doing lesser math in a class that was suppose to be College level. I have proof if UCONN believes I just dropped it because I was doing bad, also have teachers and a counselor who can back me up on this, and even students. I’m still worried because from an outsiders standpoint it might just seem like I dropped the CCP class to go to the eaiser magnet one, sadly its the complete opposite.

I just realized my Transcript is a little messed up and also I didn’t take a second year of a language does that pretty much put me out of the running?

To be quite honest, I don’t think I understand what you’re saying. Can you be a little clearer?

Changed from a higher weighted class to a lower one. I gave up in the lower weighted one because we were learning old math, since I gave up I got a bad grade. Now I’m in the lower weighted class (but learning new things) does it look bad on my transcript?

Second question was I don’t have the language requirement does it put me out of the running?

My transcript from my old HS was requested, but at the time the requested won’t be mailed in until after the deadline and also it looks a little different from my new transcript?

You can partially offset the bad grade with you or your guidance counsellor explaining why that decision was made and the effect.

Not having the language requirement does not put you out of the running, but you may want to, or be required to, take a language class during the summer to make it up.

Sorry I messed up. I meant to say I gave up in the Higher weighted class.

The main thing though, is that I don’t want UCONN to think that I just quit.

Uconn requested my old HS transcript, but the thing is it will come after the deadline does it limit my chances? also my grades are in my new transcript so why did they ask?

My grades on my new transcript are a little different then my old one but not by much. it says I got an F in bio lab when on my old report card it says my final grade was an A. I wouldve brought more attention to it but my transcripts were already sent out and I didn’t think much of it until the UCONN letter.

Got accepted, they did say I need to complete the Spanish requirement during the summer.

Midknite, were you accepted to UConn Storrs campus or Hartford?

Storrs campus

did you get in for engineering or nursing?

Neither they put me in ACES.

I hope I get good aid from UCONN since they are one of the few colleges I can semi afford with good aid.
