I’m accepted into UCSD as undeclared social sciences, and I was wondering how difficult it’d be to declare economics since it’s a capped major? The website says that as soon as I complete the prerequisites I can declare the major right away in Triton Link… but then again economics is a capped major (limited seats)… Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks 
Have you contacted the Department for information on how many applicants that complete the pre-req’s are successful in switching majors?
