<p>My friend is currently at a 2-year community college in California, but she's interested in applying to Madison this upcoming fall for next year's class. She's a business major and is holding a 3.7-3.8 GPA in college, with a few extracurricular stuff. Of course she's also applying to a few UC's, but she really wants to go to Madison, so just wondering how difficult would it be to transfer from out of state.</p>
