How hard is the Math Level 2 and Biology Molecular SAT Subject test?

I wonder how hard the Math Level 2 Sat is. I got a 710 on the regular SAT on the math section. Where would I score if I took the Math 2 subject test? I am currently taking honors precalculus and AP Statistics in school right now and doing well in precalculus but okay in AP statistics. I know math 2 involves uses precalculus and I feel like I can really tackle this type of math on it. If I took math level 1, would I end up doing much better? Also, how hard is the biology subject test? I took regular biology last year and got an A/A- in it but did not end up doing AP Biology because I felt like that would just be too hard and too much work. I liked learning about cell and cell functions but I hate the ecology and evolution units in biology last year. I’m trying to aim for 600 on the biology subject test and 640 on the math 2 subject test in order to qualify for a scholarship for state schools. I want to make sure I get the scores I need for the scholarship though so if I find math 2 too difficult to get a high score, I may do level 1.

I think the best idea is to take a couple of practice tests for Math 2 and see how you do. Based on what you’ve said, you should definitely be able to get at least a 640 on Math 2. I’d expect you to get 700+ on Math 2. I have no idea about the bio subject test.

Biology will be very tough without having taken AP Biology. I took AP Biology and got A’s both semesters and still ended up with a 730. I took Math II and got an 800 easily, it can’t hurt to try again.

Okay. I’ll still be happy with a 500 on Biology then.

Bio is pretty hard. I managed a 660 without having taken AP Bio. Flashcards and practice tests are your best friend! The Barron’s book is good for self studying.
