How important are HS Gpa and SAT for Sophomore -> Junior transfer

<p>After 2 years in college, how important are High School GPA and SAT score for transfer? What's the most important thing they look at? Can high college gpa compensate for low High School GPA? And does College ECs play an important part in transfer admission?</p>

<p>If you apply to the UCs, SAT and HS GPA doesn't matter. It does matter if you apply to any Ivy league school or top caliber school like stanford.</p>
