How important is ranking/reputation/location?

How important is ranking/location?
I have been accepted to Ohio State and Temple University as a transfer. Currently wait listed at the University of Minnesota. My intended major is Risk Management and Insurance. I was accepted directly into the business schools for both OSU and Temple. I wanted to know how important rank/location/reputation of school is. For now, I want to commit to OSU. From what I have gathered

Perks of OSU:
-Fisher Connect (I believe that's what it is called), They help to fully prepare you for interviews and go as far as to even set up an interview for you on campus
- Columbus seems like a great city for job opportunities. However, I'm not sure how the field in Columbus is for Risk Management and Insurance.
- School Spirit. Although I am committed to my studies, I do like to have fun and attend football/basketball games. OSU Buckeyes have enormous school spirit

Perks of Temple:
- Ranked 6th in the nation for Risk Management and Insurance according to U.S. News. Not sure why it is ranked so high. (If anyone could inform me of why it is. I'm thinking it has to to with recruitment or strength of the overall program)
- Philadelphia, Another city which seems to have great job opportunities.

I ultimately see myself working in the city which was another big reason why I chose some of the schools that I applied to. I am from NJ, so I will be OOS and cost will ultimately be the same between OSU and Temple. (If I get off the wait list for Minnesota and choose to go it will be a little cheaper)

I would just like some insight on whether OSU or Temple is the better choice. Another thing that strays me away is the crime rate in Philadelphia. Temple is located in North Philly where it is the most dangerous. However, I do know they have great campus police and I know that no matter where I go I just need to make good judgement. Any input would be great!
