How is my schedule?

Hi, I'm a rising 10th grader....and I'm not sure if my classes are challenging ...

In 10th grade, I'm taking
english (a harder course),
biology,
chemistry,
physics,
history,
PE,
health,
IB Math SL year 1,
a modern language

since I plan to do IB, my current plan is:
Junior year :

IB Bio HL year 1
IB Chem HL year 1
IB English HL year 1
IB [modern language] SL year 1
IB business management SL year 1
IB Math SL year 2

Senior year : would be the same, but everything being year 2, and I might take another elective about the human body because I plan to become a doctor.

Since I did triple A in ninth grade, I can do IB Math HL in my sophomore year. Currently, I signed up for SL, but I don't know if it would be too much if I do HL math, because I would have 4 HLs.

What do you think?

I think you should do some APs (if your school offers) otherwise, it's fine. If you're a really good math student, do HL math. HL math is really hard and you should only take it if you're planning to go into some mathematically based or scientifically based.

I want to become a doctor..so would HL Math be necessary? or just more stress?

If you're gonna be a doctor, I would assume you need really high math. There's always time in college, though, to take the class that HL math covers. I would say take it because I'm a huge math nerd and that I would assume that a lot of doctors may need to know some of the material, but it's not a necessity.

You do need to know some math, but from what ive heard its just up to calc and stats that you need for med school

Why on earth are you taking bio, chem, and physics all at once?

^^It makes science seem a lot more interconnected.
A very rewarding experience, if done properly.

Probably because he fell behind, or wasn't on the honors/IB track

If you like science... If not, it'll be hell for you :P

Well, bio is mandatory, and chem is just a prep course for IB which I will be doing Higher level, and physics is a score that i need for schools other than the states, like Taiwan, since I will not be doing IB or AP physics in my senior and junior year.
