I usually study for 1-2 hours when there's a test in biology or algebra. I don't need to study a lot for my other classes. When finals come around, I'll have to study for 2-4 hours.

I study for about 10 minutes before a test or quiz, if I am a little uncomfortable with the material. As far as studying studying, I generally don't. That is unless I do not know any of the material at all, in which case I reteach to myself for 15-20 minutes. With me, it is either I know it or I don't. Often when I study, I get worse than times I don't.

True. I agree with what you mentioned. Finding balance is difficult, but in the end, I know that it is important to have.

I'm also a dancer btw. I used to do competitions with jazz, tap and lyrical dance when I was younger, but now I just focus on classical ballet. What type of dance do you do?

well, towards the beginning of the school year I would review my notes nightly and be sure to read the text and study...this slowed after the first month or so of school, and by mid-term I stopped preparing for anything...I haven't even bothered to take notes since the beginning of the final quarter...meh, I actually think I'll have better grades this quarter than first quarter; relaxing pays dividents, i guess? :).
