<p>Hello, I applied for Fall 2012 semester in September finished the online portion on September 15 and they received my transcripts on September 26. How long does it take to get an admission decision from them. I am so nervous, I just want this to be over. I love Penn State, and I know I need to be patient. If anyone has any ideas on time frame for the admission decision for Fall Applicants please post here. I think I have a good chance to get in to UP, but still I do not know if they will review my learning disability statement before the grades.</p>
<p>In recent years, some lucky souls heard in the middle of November…others waited all the way through the end of January. A few in February. It sounds like some have heard already this year. </p>

<p>No, they were Fall applicants. Two years ago, my daughter applied on Sept. 1 for Fall 2011 and heard Jan 21st.</p>
<p>My son applied on Nov. 31st and received his acceptance early December. However he had friends who applied earlier than him who received their acceptance much later. Good luck!</p>
<p>I applied late (as in after the priority); any guesses on when I should hear back?</p>
<p>Housing deposits are due May 1 (or thereabouts). So you would have to hear by then, in order to meet that deadline. If I were a person still waiting for a Fall 2012 decision, I’d call admissions and ask. It strikes me as odd that if your application is completed in September, you would still be waiting. Are you certain it was complete?</p>
