<p>I completed everything and got all check marks on all requirements. Now as a third step, they're reviewing my application. Does anyone know how long it will take because it's already been a week since they've started reviewing it.?</p>
<p>If you’re an automatic admit (top 10% or top 25% with at least a 1300 SAT), you will hear in just a few weeks. If you are a review applicant, it could be anywhere from a few weeks until May. There is no way to pinpoint it any closer than that.</p>

<p>Yeah, a while, I’m review and I’ve been waiting since Nov 27th.</p>
<p>February 1st is a good date to check. This is when TAMU sends out many decisions to review applicants – I believe it’s also the deadline for applying.</p>
<p>The deadline is January 15 but they’ve something like priority deadline and if we apply before this date-I did so-they give out our decisions earlier. That’s what they told me.</p>
<p>If your stats are not close for an Academic Admit, then you will have to wait until March.</p>
<p>3 weeks to 6 months.</p>

<p>I applied on August 30th, 33% of class, 3.3 gpa from a super competitive nationally recognized high school, 1940 sat, 30 act, loads of EC’s, and was accepted today 
so, i hope you hear back soon :)</p>

<p>when did you apply? i applied on november 13th, top 13% 1100 sat cr+m and heard on january 13th. it really depends with the admissions office.</p>
<p>well, I applied on november 30th but I’m international, so maybe that’s the reason I didn’t hear from them yet.</p>
<p>never give up hope! i know people who are not auto or 10% and they have gotten letters. one of the people i know is top 25% and only got a 25 ACT!</p>
<p>I applied on the 14th and heard on the 26th. Maybe they’re moving faster now?</p>
<p>they will move faster now that they’ve received all of the applications, and know how many are automatic admits.</p>

i applied mid october and am still waiting!! but im pretty confident i’ll get in…

<p>A&M received all my documents/ACT scores/etc. by August 17 and I wasn’t accepted until late January! >< What a wait that was, but it was mainly b/c I scored a 30 on my Dec ACT + with my my rank, I got auto admit. </p>

<p>I submitted my stuff in late November. I was a review admit and I heard back 1/11/2010. You will probably hear back from them sometime soon! I heard from admissions officers that once you start turning in your application winter-break time, those kids don’t hear back until March, just because SO many applications come in during that time.</p>
