How Many Hours of Sleep Do You Get a Night?

<p>How many hours of sleep do you get a night?</p>

<p>Weekday: 6-7 hours (11/12PM - 6/7AM)
Weekend: 8-9 hours (12/1PM - 8/9 AM)</p>

<p>Whats the longest and shortest you've ever slept on a normal day?
(no trips, holidays, vacations, special anything)</p>

<p>Shortest: 1 AM to 5 AM (4 hours)
Longest: 11PM to 11AM (12 hours)</p>

<p>weekday: 3-5 hrs
weekend: 10-11 hrs</p>

<p>I probably receive around 8 or 9 hours of sleep per day. I think that I sleep too much.</p>

<p>Weekdays: 7-8 hours ( 9 PM- 4/5 AM)
Weekends: 9-10 hours ( 9 PM - 6/7 AM)*

  • I work every weekend on early Morning Shift, which fluctuates so its never the same.</p>

<p>Weekday: 4 - 5 at night with another 1 or 2 in the afternoon
Weekend: 9 - 10 :D</p>

<p>Shortest amount of time: 0 hours. (I’ve stayed up for like 27/28 hours in a row)
Longest: Around 20, but I was very sick. Besides that I think about 14.</p>

<p>I’d say a good 8 usually during the week and more ~10 on weekends.</p>

<p>It has dipped significantly lately. It used to be 8-9 hours on weekdays; now, it’s about 3-5. Weekends: too high to mention.</p>

<p>I do not typically begin my homework until rather late, as I spend the vast majority of my first several hours home alternating between playing the piano and watching some Spongebob whenever it comes on.</p>

<p>^Ah, I didn’t know you played piano. You do remind me of Mifune. I played piano for six-seven years, but quit in favor of writing and running. I didn’t like practicing much either, but I miss it now. It’s hard to pick up again…</p>

<p>I wouldn’t be able to function on 3-5 hours a night. I’d probably faint during my track workouts.</p>
