<p>Haha, uhmm let’s just say I went with a school in the Northern PWCS.</p>
<p>We’ve never attended a college MUN, I really wanted to go to W&M but our schedule didn’t allow for it!</p>
<p>Next year, I’m secretary-general of my MUN, so pumped!</p>
<p>Hmm, I saw battlefield, brentsville, hylton and i’m from gar-field. I didn’t go to the W&M, but I would’ve had a blast.</p>
<p>you guys really should do international conferences
i’ve never been to a US conferences, but i say thimun format > usa format (and they do have different styles of debate)</p>
<p>i swear i could gush on forever about how significant MUN is and how, despite its pretentious nature, it is a vital and key ingredient to what true diplomacy means. i swear it has done wonders to me</p>
<p>Just got back from a conference that was Thurs/Fri.</p>
<p>Want to know what sucks? I was labeled as “top 2” in my comittee (I pushed through LITERALLY 1/2 of the amendments in our paper) but was not given the title of Outstanding Delegate :(. The girl who was Outstanding Delegate in our comittee was good, but I think it came down to her being a senior and I being a sophmore. 
But hey, you win some and you loose some.</p>

<p>Wow, that sucks. We had a freshman get an outstanding in a 5 person committee at TechMUN. I’m done with the GAs.</p>
<p>to be honest I’m pretty much a newbie when it comes to MUNs. only heard of it last September… but to date I’ve been to 2, and one more coming up in 2 weeks. you probably haven’t heard of them since I’m not from the States, haha;</p>

<p>I was a bit irritated when I found out because she didn’t speak at all on the second day and I basically… ran the entire group. Our people in charge whatever you call em (it’s been a long day) didn’t know how to do the voting procedure so I taught them how to do that. Anytime they had a question they always said: “Would the male delagate from **** please meet use up here for clarification?” Haha. It was funny, the first time I thought I was in trouble.</p>
<p>I’m happy for her, though. She’s a senior, she did MUN for four years, I’m glad that she could get an award. I just feel as now I don’t have anything to show from that experience, if that makes sense.</p>
<p>Wow, so your chairs were bad. I see. My chairs sucked as well. But hey, at least you learned.</p>
