<p>I am off to college for fall 2012 and need the reality of college extra time to commit to the gym. I want to take Zumba/ballet barre/pilates/flexibility but doubt I will be able to fit it in. OMG just looking at the fitness schedules in college, I can't wait!!! I want to have a health lifestyle!! Also, what meal plan is best for a teen girl trying to not gain the freshamn 15? Should I cook sat and sun every week? (rice cooker/crock pot meal?)</p>
<p>What is your fitness/college schedule?</p>
<p>I exercise for an hour a day everyday except Mondays and Wednesdays. Schedule will probably be the same next semester. I actually arranged my class schedule to fit my sleep/exercise schedule, so fitness stuff is obviously pretty important to me. </p>
<p>As for food, use your best judgement and try to eat as healthfully as possible. Don’t beat yourself up too much if you have soft serve and pizza for dinner every once and awhile. I’m pretty sure a lot of people that live on campus do stuff like that now and again.</p>
