what is your weekly workout schedule? Fitting excersise into college life/schedule?

<p>I will be a freshman in Fall 2012 and I am applying to easy and rigorous schools like UCLA, Boston U, and other schools like CUNY Hunter, SFSU, Temple....I looked on all the fitness websites for each school and cant wait to take group fitness</p>

<p>My plan would be a fintess schedule like:</p>

<p>MON:MaT pilates
WED:zumba
FRI:Ballet Barre
SAT:MAT pilates/flexibility</p>

<p>Anyone want to share a typical week of classes and times you head over to gym?</p>

<p>You should swim laps in the pool a 3 times a week for cardio and stamina.
Lift free weights a couple times a week.
Add a few spin classes for additional cardio.</p>
