How many transfer students are still waiting for a reply?

I'm just curious about how many of the transfer applications are still waiting for replies. I'm an in-state transfer and am still waiting for a reply.

I am still waiting for the reply. I called csulb today and it still said “application has been received”…no update…

mine has said that for a long time now. Still nothing new…This is taking forever

I’m in the same boat, and I am a little peeved that CSULB is taking longer than most UCs.

still waiting also… does anyone know when we are going to find out? soon i hope.

alimiao,

transfers should find out by may 1st.

i am also an instate transfer. waiting for a reply. whats everyone’s major? if urs is impacted, then that is probably another reason for the wait.

Instate transfer still pending and my major is film

I haven’t heard anything

May 1st is the deadline to sign an intent to enroll…so I’m going to find out that day too?

I am a transfer student from outside of the Long Beach service area (Santa Monica), and I was accepted last Tuesday (March 23). My major is Psychology (Impacted), and my GPA is 3.93.

I hope all of you get good news very soon!!!

lets get the show on the road!

im still waiting  i hate hearing “your application has been received…” ugh!

and Pscholler the day to SIR is June 1st for Transfers

oh it is… SFSU is May 1st and if I don’t get in here…

im still waiting also and its already april now… none of u have heard anyhitng yet?

Still nothing…It’s getting close to the deadline now huh? I hope this doesn’t mean i’m rejected. but then again there were people who were rejected that got an answer way before me…

I haven’t heard anything yet either…csulb needs to get their act together! I applied Oct. 1st…thats over 6 months ago! Other schools had just as many applicants as csulb and they were able to get their admissions decisions out already.

So I called the enrollment services number and had an awkward conversation with one of their represenatives. I asked when transfers would be hearing their decisions, and he sort of side stepped the question. Then I asked how we would find out if we were admitted and his reply was through the mail. This didn’t make any sense to me as they had this very handy phone notification call thing. I asked why they asked me to call the phone service, His reply was that all transfer decisions still pending would be notified through the mail. Pretty irritating that I have to wait for snail mail if this is true.

Still waiting, in-state, “your application has been received” I’m starting to feel like it’s a bad sign

For those that got in, what exactly did the phone message say?

I hope your coversation meant that the representative didn’t know what he was talking about and that this is not true:) I can’t wait anymore

pscholler,

if you really want to know if your admission decision has been made yet, ask the representative to check for you. they will check their files, and let you know. u can’t always rely on the automated phone service, as it may not always be updated with the most recent info. hope that helps

i know i am quite anxious waiting too. they have 20 days left to let us all know!
