Only taking 5, a language course, but I’ll have about 99 semester units. Luckily UC Irvine accepts transfers in senior standing!

At least I know I’m not the only one on here with insane-er credit amounts.
I’m taking 22 this semester.
5 “normal classes”, 2 music, 1 PE.

19 units this fall, I took 7 over the summer. Finishing my IGETC and 2 PreReqs

Calc - diff equations 200
financial accounting 230
astronomy 101
film 101
anthropology 101

technically that calc isn’t a prereq for my major, but it is for my back up major… math/economics, applying to ucla&ucb this fall… backup schools are ucsd and ucsb. oh and this is with me working full time as an analyst for a fortune 20 telco… they’re paying for it. :D

to the guy that said he took 20 units over summer… are you friggen kidding me? with my 7 units I was there 4 hours a day almost every day of the week.

I signed up for 12 units, which was recommended numerous of times at orientation for a new student at a UC. Sometimes I think about adding more, but being in a new city, living on my own, changing from semester to quarter system, and having to work more hours than before I think it’s a good choice to take the minimum units required for full time status. After the first quarter, I’ll take more hopefully I would have adjusted and won’t do poorly.
