… -___- I wish the middle school I went to offered languages )':
I’m going to be in French 3 and Spanish 1 as a senior, hmps, lol .

Only 2 years of Spanish planned, and only one completed so far. Pretty scared about this right now, actually.

I did 3 years of Spanish and I’m planning to do six of French so only 4 more years left

^ 6 more years. As in you want to study French in college?

I’m taking four years of latin.

Read that wrong. Tant pis

^^ no like I’m going to have done 6 years of French at the end of high school because I did 2 years in middle school so I have 4 years left

Ah okay makes sense

I took three years in middle school (if that counts), and only two in HS since that’s all it offers.

I’m all over the board.
I took Japanese in 6th grade, French in 7th and 8th, none in 9th, and will take Mandarin the rest of my HS years. I want to take Japanese in college.

I took 3 years of Spanish (middle school) and switched to Latin I in high school. I planning to take 4 years of that…

If my school had ap Latin then I would b able to take 7 years… Nope, I can only take 6
(started in 6th grade)

By graduation, I’ll have taken 6 years of French - 5 years of credit because middle school years counted for 1/2 each.

I’ll graduate with 4 years of German. Technically 5, but my high school didn’t start accepting middle school foreign language credits until the class of 2014 arrived. Ugh.

I took Spanish from k-5.

I’ve taken French since the 6th grade. Once I graduate, I’ll have taken 8 french classes, since I doubled in 10th grade to take ap french junior year, and senior year I will take French 6.

I also randomly took Spanish I sophomore year. I thought I was going to continue taking it, but my counselor was against it :(

I just graduated having taken 5 years of high school French (also took French in Middle School). I’ve also taken the equivalent of Latin 5 (three years in middle/high school and then 2 years of an online independent study).

I have been taking Spanish every day since 7th grade and I have to finish senior year with it next year to get my IB diploma. I’ve been in some form of Spanish instruction at school since 2nd/3rd grade though.

I wil graduate with 6 years of years of French, but I will only get to rench 5.

4 years of French, Self-Studying Japanese

It looks like I’ll take three years of German. I may take a fourth online depending on which colleges I apply to.

I’m a bit of a language nerd, and I’m learning Japanese in my free time. I’ll take the AP and SATII test for Japanese, but I’m not sure if that will count for anything.
