I will be a freshman at UA next year and I have been saving up to join a fraternity, but I really don’t know what to expect. A few people have told me the fraternities on University Boulevard are more expensive, is that true? Also, I do not plan on living in the house.

Some fraternities serve meals at their house and everyone eats there. Some don’t. A lot of the expense will depend on that. You can figure the newer the house, the more expensive it will be. There are some fraternities with no house, so those would be the least expensive.
