Hello everybody, I’m new here! I want to know if I can even get the provosts scholarship offered at IU.
My cumulative unweighted GPA is around 3.55. My ACT is 34 superscore, best 33 composite. Yes, I know what a contrast! But my weighted GPA is 3.89.
Since Provosts scholarship based solely off numbers (afaik), approximately how much could I anticipate?
I would be interested in hearing how much you got with your stats!

My D is OOS and received the Dean’s Scholarship for $6k a year. The range for Dean’s is $1k to $11k. She has a 3.93 gpa UW (school does not weight) and a 30 ACT superscore.
if your school sends weighted GPAs, I think IU looks at the highest GPA your school sends so thats a plus for you, and superscore is what they use… so you have a great one. I would think you should expect to receive something good from Provost’s? Report back when you find out. Good luck!
If I had to guess, I’d say you’ll get somewhere in the middle. IU seems to value GPA a little more than test scores, but you should definitely at least get something.
