if you got a bad grade in drivers education, like a C, and thats the only C you've gotten on your transcript, but you've got bascially an A in every honors and AP class, how does that affect your chances of admissions at universities?

My brother flunked lunch and my sister flunked charm school - neither one in high school, but these rank amongst their favorite stories (or at least our mother's favorite stories.)

Seriously, you should explain why you got a 'C' - were you out of town? did you get into an accident? Assuming there is a reasonable explanation so that the admission's counselors imaginations don't conjure up some odd reason, I don't think it will matter. If there's not a good reason, don't tell it - because my first reaction is that there's a stupid reason that you got a 'C' and I'd be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt.

I very much doubt it would matter. At many schools drivers add is not even part of the GPA. Just drive carefully ;).
