i golf every day after school for two and a half hours. lugging around a really heavy bag on your back for nine holes really sucks in this heat. usually i then go to the gym on Friday nights or Saturday mornings to get some cardio and weight lifting in. i used to run like 3 days a week but i hate it so much i stopped doing it.

Full-body weight-training two days a week, sometimes three.

But my quads/calves/hamstrings/gluteus/etc. are already very defined (Thank goodness for genetics. . .)

All I have left is to define my upper body and burn off some fat. It’s gonna take a while -__-

I don’t work out as in going to the gym, although I do play tennis around 5-6 hrs/week and soccer 3 hrs/week.
I’d love to play golf more often but the courts are so far away that i give up.

^^^ why are you only playing 9 holes?

You guys are sissies.

2-4 a week in the summer.

Each session.

40 minutes of weight lifting.

20 minutes of cardio.

Muscular built with low body fat percentage. That’s how I role. I don’t do only cardio like most CC’ers do in this thread.

Also, I do free-hand. Pushups, pullups, etc.

I try to erg about 10,000 meters a day aside from my normal rowing practices(year round) and lately I’ve been doing a couple bike rides (20-40miles) per week.

As a 3 sport letterman (football, wrestling, track) I train for about 2 hours a day almost all year round so I only take weekends off to rest. It’s pretty great but since I’ve done this for the past 3 years straight it’s gotten kinda boring. I’m thinking of switching track with tennis just for the fun if it. But for workouts Monday: upper body, so bench press, push ups, shoulder press, bar curls, little cardio. Tuesday: lower body, squats, deadlifts, leg curls, little cardio. Wednesday: all cardio, sprints, stadium runs (or just running uphill), agility training (cones), tire pull. Thursday: repeat Monday. Friday: repeat Tuesday. It works I went from freshman year weighing 130 pounds to 180 senior year and planning on hitting at least 200 before college next year.

You’re so cool that you spell “roll” your own way!

@golfcrewxctrack we play nine for practice about 3 days a week, then maybe do range work or putting the other two days. we play tourneys on the weekends. we never play 18 in one day because it would take forever.

Insanity all the wayyyyyyyyyyy

umad? u irate?

Since I’m already kind of naturally muscular (as a 14 year old can get) I mostly just run. 30-40 miles a week, for XC. Closer to 30 though ;).
I also lift weights, but reps, not weight. According to the doctors I know, I should only lift for reps until I’m 16. Go figure.
Working out is fun as long as I’m listening to Metallica or Neil Young.

Ehhhhhh I used to go to the gym everyday and erg, bike, and lift weights. I was in awesome shape. Then I joined softball for the hell of it since i knew a lot of people on the team and since softball isn’t really a hard sport, I pretty much lost alll my muscle mass. Since then, my life has been so crazy I don’t even bother trying anymore. Maybe after junior year ends i’ll start again.

6 times a week thanks to 2 a days

I’m a varsity linebacker ;)

I usually work out like 3 times a week. It consists of back, arms and ab workouts for around 1 hour. :)

I do Crossfit :)

Around 5 times each with, with cardio and weight training mixed in. Harder when winter comes around though :P

I run on my treadmill every day for an hour.
During swim season, I have a 90 minute practice every other morning and a 2-and-a-half hour practice every day except for Sunday, plus meets 3 times a week.

With XC in full-throttle we’ve been doing 10 miles per day plus 30 mins in weight room on upper body.

Lol @ nothing “The Situation” to

Wiscongene, my XC season starts tomorrow. We just run, no workouts really.
