I try to work out everyday for maybe at least ten minutes hahah. Also how does your exercise regime look like? Are you guys involved in any sports?

I am a swimmer and a track runner, seeing as you were asking about sports.

As for working out right now I am in my hiatus till my swim season starts in a few weeks, but when it does I usually swim for 3 hours everyday and on the weekends I work out in the mornings for at least 45 minutes or so, all depending on if I have work.

When schools starts I am in a special PE class that is focused on working out so every other day on top of swimming i work out for 45 minutes.

During track season I run for 2/3 hours and weight lift every other day for about a 1/2 hour to an hour all depending

since its summer I’ve been rowing with my dad after he gets home from work then we either go run stadium stairs then run a couple miles or we go to the gym for a couple hours. During the school year I’ll be working out more

I have a dog, so I go on 45 minute walks with him daily.

Sometimes, when I’m feeling empowered and strong, I’ll go to my family’s gym and run a couple laps on the treadmill, go on the elliptical, or roll on a yoga ball. But this usually only occurs once a week or two.

Been preparing for ROTC all summer. Run 2.5-5 miles, do 100-200 pushups in sets of 25-30, and about 150-200 sit ups in sets of 50. Every single day, no exceptions.

I work out about 2-3 times a week during the summer, just ellipticle-ing and doing some light weights. During the school year I go running about twice a week, more if I feel an urge to procrastinate.

I have volleyball practice for two and a half hours every day during the school season, and for three hours twice a week during club If I’m feeling inspired I’ll jog and do my abs in between … D: Doesn’t happen often enough!

I work out once a month but I push myself really hard that it’s almost as good as when I was doing it once a week.

I’ve been running an average of six miles per day all summer. What I need to do is work on my shoulders, however, because I’m skinny as a bum.

The lower half of my body is amazing, though. I guess that’s all that really matters, no?

I used to never workout besides a slow mile jog on the weekend, or a short hike. Now though, partly spurred by the oncoming field hockey season, I was running 6-10 miles per week, as well as some conditioning like lunges or squats and ****. Now I’ve messed up my feet though so I have to rest. and i’d just gotten to the point of running 3 miles.

Never… Haha :|

But I am planning to adopt a 45 minute jogging schedule before school everyday.

I work out…maybe 3 days a week, on average? But it’s not regular…sometimes I go to the gym every day of the week, some weeks I don’t go. I usually go to a class…like, cardio kcikboxing or something. Maybe pilates or yoga.

Haha its funny, something about being black allows me to workout semi-seriously(1-3 times a week) but still get the results of what my friends get from going into the gym everyday. I usually don’t lift intensely but i see good results. I mean i gotta be grateful for that. So i workout not too seriously but i look and feel good so thats all that matters i guess.[this is all during summer, when i dont do sports]

But during the school year i do workout a lot, since i play soccer. So when pre-season starts in 7 days i will have 2-a-days with 2 hour sessions of mostly running and training. Then soccer when school starts for 2 hours per day.

I only walk for around 30 minutes a day. I don’t lift weights, so I’m really skinny.

Other people who don’t lift weights but are overweight are a lot stronger than me for some reason, and I can’t figure out why.

@Saugus: They have more body mass which can produce more force and strength.

Workout A
45 minutes on a treadmill with varying speeds and about a 2.5-3.0 incline
30 minutes on elliptical
15 minutes doing free weights
20 minutes on exercise bike

Workout B
30 minutes on treadmill with speed of 4.0 MPH and 2.0 incline
45 minutes on elliptical
30 minutes on exercise bike
10 minutes of free weights

I’ve been lifting weights for the past year to get more muscle mass. I’m a skinny kid. My workouts usually last about 45mins-1 hour

I jog for 30 minutes every 2 weeks.
Seeing that I’ve pigged out all summer, I’m surprised that I’m not getting fat O__O

I used to work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. An hour to hour and a half every workout. I became a fat ass again, just at home studying now.

my exercise depends on the sports season, but generally I do two hours or a bit more of volleyball or basketball plus conditioning running (suicides ) and later in the day around three hours of swim practice from monday to saturday. some days I do a bit of weightlifting in the morning before school. haha, it sounds a bit crazy written down

I swim year round. I do double sessiona twice a day for two hours each,6 days a week, and then do dry-land excercise (sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, jogging, etc.) for an hour everyday…so around 30 hours a week
