<p>I would change mine too if I could. It cuts my last name two letters short and makes it a completely new last name. :(</p>
<p>yeah and also I go by a different name so if someone knew my name, and wanted to send me an email, they would get teh wrong address.</p>
<p>Why don’t you just go by your old name?</p>
<p>Nobody at Princeton will know that you ever had another name.</p>
<p>Plenty of kids at school who go by their middle names get along just fine. Makes for some interesting moments though: “Whoa, I had no idea your real name was George!”</p>
