How to check your decision NOW

Do not get your hopes up, I am like the fourth person on this forum who got the “reserved” message. I am certain that anybody can create an account because you are CREATING an account and not activating an account made by stanford for you (the accepted students)

didn’t work for me (as in I got rejected if this works out)

did not work out for m either

For those of you who are freaking out, the site says, “Students: Your University ID is in your offer letter.”
Unless you got an offer letter, I don’t think it will work.

then why wud it work for some like synchroton??i am sure it is legit otherwise it wud show the same message for everybody

^^^NO NO NO.

It worked for me because I created an account using the “other information” thingee and not the application ID#

So in conclusion, if you create an ID by simply adding your information in their system, you get the “correct” message.

This differently doesn’t seem correct.

ok so for this, i tried it. the only problem is. I already HAVE a SUNet ID because they gave me the same ID when I attended the high school summer college program…

so i dunno what that means but I already can log in to axess and webmail and all that before so I dont think this link would help. Especially for kids who already have SUNet ID like me.

Ok. Got rejected, as expected.

^ Exactly what SYNCHROTRON is saying.
This whole thing is bogus,
Stanford wouldn’t leave a stupid loophole open like this.

I don’t have any hope for myself, but I bet half of you on here are getting in.
I would suggest waiting because this not accurate…good luck =]

^^^I agree (I mean ebaniaga)

Does any one of your University ID work?

Just wait for some more days you guys, its only like 72 hours (ish)

nobody has a university ID yet, everybody has a SUNet ID which you get after creating a new account.

The University ID on one of the emails you received from Stanford. It’s titled “An Update from Stanford on the Status of Your Application‏.”

The ID has 8 numbers. It’s called “Stanford ID Number.”

I think I got rejected. My ID doesn’t work.

Anyone who uses your ID got the ‘right’ message??? Ha I got rejected if this method works out

^^^(FB lalaland)NOPE, that’s your application ID#, even though it says “Stanford ID number”

Stanford will send us our university IDs in our acceptance packages.

The only way to prove that it’s not application ID# is to ask whether anyone’s Stanford ID number works.

Anyone?

“Incoming students, faculty, and staff should have a University ID. If you haven’t received your University ID, contact your departmental administrator before continuing with this form.”

The should is italicized, and therefore SYNCHROTRON is CORRECT.

Can we all just agree that this is NOT a way to check admission decisions.
