How to deal with teachers that are a pain in the derriere?

I hate my French teacher. She's new to our school/district and the first thing she did was change our French textbook which was a great textbook. This new textbook that we use sucks imo. Plus, it's hilarious that my school wouldn't let her buy hardcopies of the textbook (because our old ones work just fine), so now we have to use the online version. I can't bring myself to focus in her class and when I do, I can't learn anything. The biggest problem is that she has no passion in her teaching. She told us she didn't want to be a teacher anymore, but for some mysterious reason, she decided to apply to teach at my school.

We've obviously all dealt with a bad teacher, but I still don't know how I'm supposed to survive through this year (and next!). I really want to just go up to her and tell her that she's a bad teacher (I won't). Or I want to get her fired, because I do have a lot of evidence that proves that she isn't doing her job correctly (i.e. never giving us a syllabus and never giving us a pre-test at the beginning of the year when ALL teachers were supposed to since it's required by LAW). Any advice?
