How to fill in honors section with scholastic awards

A silly question in case anyone know the answer. When fill in honors section, if win gold keys at state level for 2 years, then 1 year with national award, should it be filled as two lines or 1 line?

Also an award at school district level, should that count as regional or school level?

It depends on what else you are listing. If you need the space make that one entry. 2 states, one national. If those are your biggest things and what to highlight that, make it two.
