topic.
and do we need swim caps for spieker/strawberry canyon?

You know where Bowles Hall is? There is a road that goes along Bowles called Stadium Rim Way I believe. You should go uphill on that road, and strawberry canon pool will be on your right.

The road is behind the football stadium, if that helps.

It’s on Centennial Dr. Go to [UC Berkeley Recreational Sports.](http://calbears.berkeley.edu) and look for the facilities map. I’ve went to Spieker a few times before and I’ve never needed a swim cap. I’m guessing same will apply for Strawberry Canyon, but you can always check the RSF website to see if they have any info on this.

I think i know what you’re talking about. But it seems like it’s lower than the road that goes there if that makes any sense. Like I’ve been on the bus to the botanical gardens and I see it like farther away/lower than the ground. Is there some cutaway path?

cool paperman. That’s what I thought, but I just decided to call the rsf and guy was like uhh yes.
I’m deciding between going to spieker or to strawberry canyon

oh and another question: do they provide you with towels at spieker?

Yes there are towels. For Spieker, you get to the pool by going through the lockerooms at the RSF. When you enter the lockerrooms, there will be a yellow bin with towels by the counter where the RSF workers work.

Hate to keep asking questions haha but you’re talking about the small towels though right? (at rsf) Like as in the ones that people working out and running use…or are they full size ones?

They’re full size and not the small ones at the RSF.

What’s the difference between Haas lockers and RSF lockers? I’m looking at the website right now and it says that day lockers at the Haas lockers are free for the day…

I’m unsure what you mean by Haas lockers and RSF lockers. But I do know the day lockers are free of charge to members. Basically, you go up to the counter at the locker room and ask for a lock. They’ll scan your ID and a lock and give you the lock. Then when you’re done, just drop off the lock in the little basket on the counter as you exit.

There are also long term lockers which you can rent out per semester.
