How to Prepare for TOEFL iBT

well the title says it all..i really need to know how to prepare for my upcoming ibt toefl test. i have at least a month left and i'm really worried. i looked over some toefl prep books (particularly barrons) but i really don't have confidence in speaking and writing sections. i can do fairly well in other two but how did you guys study and prepare for speaking and writing sections?

any advice would be helpful and thanks in advance!

bump...i would appreciate any advice, please!

Most people around here don't prepare for the TOEFL. Neither did I. I took it on July 14th.

Understandably, I was literally shocked at some question types.
Reading was fair. Listening often asked very detailed questions which were distressing. And you could not hear anything twice. Speaking was kind of better. You just ramble some non-sense. They want to hear you speak fluently. Writing was even better, 2 essays, 50 or 60 minutes. Just make sure you spell correctly, throw some SAT words and re-read before submitting.
And, Congratulations! Your test is complete.

Seriously mate, check the test format and prepare gingerly. Otherwise you wouldn't feel confident and that's crucial.

I picked up Barron's the day before and practised SOME speaking. I got 114 / 120, all 6 points lost in speaking.

Barron's is good, though. Keep writing essays, and get a friend to evaluate your speaking.
