How to Reach 2000???

My first SAT comes up on Oct. 6th and I'm just striving for a 1900.
I've been studying SAT this summer and raised it about 300 points, and I feel like I'm reaching my limit.
This saturday I took a practice test and I got a 1870.
640 Math, 600 CR, 630 Writing.
For the last 2 weeks I haven't been practicing my math, so it went from a 690 to 620-640s.
My CR was super weak at the beginning of the summer w/ an average in the 500s, but I finally got it to an average of 590s and 600s.
For writing I know I've reached my limits b/c I miss about 7-9 every time on the multiple choice and my essays have been consistently getting 8s.
I know I can reach 1900 easily, but idk how to get my math back up to 690s.
So are there any pieces I should focus on for improvement b/c I'm lost.

cr: memorize all 400 words of Direct Hits. Try to read well-known newspapers as well (wall street journal, new york times). If you will enjoy it, you can read some Charles Dickens. IF YOU ENJOY IT. If you don’t enjoy then no point

Do the following and you should be good. Pick up 50 writing skills by McGraw hill. It raised my score from 600 to 70 in the writing section. The essay really is out of your hands but that book makes the grammar part easy. Your math should really come up to 750+. It’s possible. Concentrate on why you made the mistake. Review your old answers. Teaches you a lot. Take as many timed practice tests as you can. I’m gonna try and take 50 before October 6th. I’ll post the scores on cc. Let’s hope I can complete so much! Good luck to you!

This is also a a great thread. Even the SATs with the older format are great for extra questions. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1277787-links-additional-official-sat-practice-tests-collegeboard.html
